Scarlet41's Field Operations Management (FOM) is led by a rotational chairman and includes field commanders responsible for training. They oversee various units like Field Command, Corps Officers, Division Managers, and the S41 Strategic Squad. Work closely on VIP operations, they report to the oversight director, ensuring the organization's operational and logistical effectiveness.
